Becoming a Better Photographer

Becoming a better photographer is truly practice, practice, practice. I am constantly taking pictures and I often take multiples so I can look back as they can all be slightly different. I also got great advice from James Christie of Edinburgh Photography Tour when I took his tour in 2013 – most people take the photo from where they are standing and move on. Don’t be lazy – walk around and it can totally change your picture. It is so true. I will constantly move to get a better shot. Once a shutterbug, always a shutterbug. Looking forward to another year of capturing how I see the everyday and the world!
